Patricia A. Pierce, M. Ed., Co-founder and Managing Educational Director of Groom Curriculum, co-authored a learner-centered curriculum focused on dog grooming with Sierra Elbert. Pierce specializes in data-driven instruction and realized the need to embed durable skills and positive growth mindset lessons throughout the curriculum.
With a strong foundation of 32 years in instruction, educational theory, research-based methodology, and curriculum development, Pierce manages, trains, coaches, and supervises instructors. She coordinates and participates in academic meetings, ensures compliance with standards, and guides students in meeting educational goals.
