As the Training Recruitment Coordinator, Rachel ensures that Groom Curriculum’s students receive top-tier education by sourcing and coordinating highly qualified instructors. She also leads hands-on Train-the-Trainer sessions, guiding Groom Curriculum educators to uphold both AKC standards and the program’s own standard of excellence. She fosters student engagement in the industry and plays a pivotal role in expanding Groom Curriculum through trade shows, recruiting students, and building partnerships with salons and instructors.

Rachel has achieved multiple placements in freestyle grooming competitions and was a 2024 Barkleigh Honors Speaker of the Year nominee. Her commitment to elevating the industry through education and gentle grooming techniques has earned her a respected place within the industry.
