Description
LEAD New Employee Onboarding provides your salon with the training and resources needed to onboard one new employee using Groom Curriculum’s structured onboarding process.
Before your employee begins, your salon manager or team leader will participate in an introductory orientation call to learn how to implement the program. Groom Curriculum provides the onboarding framework, documentation, and training materials, while your manager leads the employee through the 10-day onboarding process.
This enrollment includes:
- One introductory orientation call for your salon manager or team leader
- A structured 10-day onboarding program for one new hire
- Onboarding guides, checklists, and supporting documentation
- Access to the Fast Track online course
- Packinality (Durable Skills) training
Please note: LEAD New Employee Onboarding is purchased per new hire. Groom Curriculum prepares your salon to conduct the onboarding process but does not participate in each employee’s day-to-day onboarding.
